LLP practices have always been keen to discuss healthcare services with patients and local residents, but the new Local Government & Public Involvement Act, which came into force in October 2007, strengthens the partnership’s responsibility to involve and consult patients and the public in the planning and provision of services. The Partnership Board includes a patient member, but it would also like to find out what healthcare services people want. So please let us know how the current range of services can be improved and what new services you would like to see made available.
