ESyDoc LLP is a partnership of twenty GP practices in South East Surrey covering Caterham, Horley, Reigate, Redhill and Oxted.  Created in October 2007, the role of the partnership is to commission health services both in primary and secondary care for its diverse population of just over 160,000.  Working with Surrey PCT, the partnership manages the area’s budget allocation of around £135m and seeks to use their local knowledge to buy services which best suit the local population and in the most cost effective way.
